Delete Your AabRahat Account

AabRahat lets customers delete their account directly in the app. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data.

Customers: delete your account in the app

Your account is deleted immediately once you confirm — there is no waiting period for this step.

Drivers and staff accounts

Driver and staff accounts are created and managed by an administrator, so they can't be self-deleted in the app. To request deletion of a driver or staff account, email us at umarkhokhar06@gmail.com from the address registered on the account, or include the registered phone number. We process these requests within 30 days.

What's deleted immediately

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed right away:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and password
• Your saved delivery addresses and their GPS coordinates
• Driver-only profile data, if applicable: CNIC/national ID number, driving license number, date of birth, emergency contact, and vehicle information
• Your device's push-notification token

What's retained, and why

Some data isn't deleted with your account because we're required or permitted to keep it:

• Order and payment/transaction records — retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and financial-recordkeeping law.
• Security and audit logs (including a record that the account was deleted) — retained for fraud prevention and security purposes.

This retained data is no longer linked to an active account and is not used to contact you.
